Our Online Bill Pay service is avaliable to anyone who has online banking with American Bank and is offered free of charge to our active users. However, please note, once you click enroll, and if you do not make a payment from Online Bill Pay within the first month of doing so, a monthly fee of $5.95 will be applied to your account.
As an added benefit, Bill Pay users also have automatic access to Popmoney® personal payment service. For details, watch the Popmoney® tutorial.

Forgot your password?
If you forgot your password and requested to have it reset please use the following steps to troubleshoot if you are not recieving the email:
- Make sure you are using the email address you provide us at the time of enrollement – that is the address your password reset instructions are being sent to.
- If you are using the email address you provided us at account opening, be sure to check you junk folder and/or spam filter; due to different system configurations, sometimes these emails can land there.
- If those two steps don’t work, please feel free to contact a representative in our Deposit Operations Department by calling 920.885.2700.
